You can talk to us via computer. This service is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese or French. Before using the Click to Call tool, please check that:
1) Your computer is equipped with a sound card and the necessary driver. If you are already able to listen to music using your computer, then Click to Call will work as well.
2) The microphone is connected and configured correctly.
3) Your Internet connection is stable. The faster the connection, the better the sound quality. If the connection is slow, the call may suffer delay, lag and echo. We suggest the use of headphones rather than speakers, as speakers may cause distortion.
